Small niches provide smart conversation nooks even as the beautiful blue walls and exposed concrete surfaces usher in a modern-industrial style.
A ground floor flat spread across different levels the lovely home is blessed with a small private garden and courtyard which extend the living space outdoors. Built in the 1910s the old dark and congested interior of the flat has been completely transformed by doing away with the unwanted internal partitions and giving the townhouse a fresh modern facelift.
With an open living area that also houses the kitchen and dining space becoming the social zone and heart of the house one feels that the interior is a lot more spacious than it really is. Pops of green and orange enliven the kitchen bedroom and bathroom while furniture crafted from leftover structural timber and concrete gives the home a planet-friendly twist.
